1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and www jaya9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the www jaya9 website located at www-jaya9.club, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment processing, and promotional activities offered through the platform.
By registering an account, logging into the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any casino game, or otherwise using any feature of www jaya9, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3. Account Registration

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify www jaya9 support immediately via the official support channel. 3.2 Account Information Updates
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or linked payment account — you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to payment processing, account verification issues, or suspension of withdrawal functionality pending re-verification.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or casino game activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. www jaya9 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to you at least thirty (30) days in advance via the email address registered to your account. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method prior to any fee deduction.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
www jaya9 supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh. 4.1 Deposits

Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and linked to the same individual identity as your www jaya9 account. Repeated attempts to make third-party deposits may result in account suspension.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically processed on a same-day basis for amounts within standard limits. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction may require additional verification and may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process.
www jaya9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending the satisfactory completion of account verification, including age verification, identity verification, and source-of-funds verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by accounts that hold outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds will be processed only after those wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
4.3 Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has not been processed correctly, you must contact www jaya9 support within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for investigation. www jaya9 will review all supporting transaction records and provide a resolution within five (5) business days of a dispute being formally raised.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal request may be processed. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
www jaya9 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a new-player welcome offer more than once; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk; exploiting errors or miscalculated odds to generate guaranteed profit; and coordinating with other players to meet wagering thresholds through matched or mirrored betting. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances and any associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
5.3 Promotional Changes
www jaya9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at our sole discretion and may be limited by player geography, account type, deposit history, or other criteria. Participation in any www jaya9 promotion constitutes acceptance of both these general Terms and the promotion-specific terms applicable to that offer.
6. Betting & Casino Rules
All sports betting activity and casino gaming on the www jaya9 platform is subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific, market-specific, or game-specific rules published alongside the relevant betting market or game. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules will take precedence.
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on the www jaya9 platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the selection, odds, stake amount, and bet type — before confirming the wager. www jaya9 does not accept requests to amend or cancel bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except in circumstances where the platform has made a manifest error in the published odds or market details.
In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum period of play required for settlement has been completed, www jaya9 reserves the right to void all bets relating to that event and return stakes to player accounts. Specific rules regarding the settlement of each sport's markets — including cricket BPL and T20 matches — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
6.2 Casino Games
All casino games available on the www jaya9 platform — including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and RNG slots and table games provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are operated by their respective providers and use certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable. www jaya9 is not responsible for interruptions to game sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. 6.3 Manifest Errors
www jaya9 reserves the right to void any bet, transaction, or game round that has been placed, processed, or settled as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, erroneous jackpot payouts, software bugs, or human error in market creation. In such cases, the affected transaction will be reversed and any associated winnings forfeited. www jaya9 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of any manifest error void within twenty-four (24) hours of identification.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the www jaya9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account on the www jaya9 platform using any combination of personal details, devices, or payment methods.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during identity verification procedures.
- Using the platform while under the age of 18, or allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any individual under the age of 18.
- Funding your account with proceeds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source.
- Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripting tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by www jaya9.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in the platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over www jaya9.
- Colluding with other players to predetermine the outcome of a game, share information in real-time live dealer games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the platform's gaming environment.
- Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with payment providers after funds have been used on the platform.
- Attempting to access another player's account, or to intercept or misappropriate another player's personal or financial information.
- Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content through the platform that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
www jaya9 operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, and underage gambling. Accounts confirmed to be in violation of these prohibitions will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited, and relevant cases may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
www jaya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- www jaya9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
- The account holder fails to complete required identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe.
- The account holder has initiated a payment chargeback or dispute that www jaya9 considers to be unjustified.
- Regulatory or legal obligations require www jaya9 to restrict or terminate the account.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in Section 3.3 of these Terms.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the voluntary closure of your www jaya9 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receiving a closure request, www jaya9 will process any outstanding balance to your registered payment method, provided all verification and wagering requirements have been satisfied, and will then close the account. 8.2 Effects of Closure
Upon account closure — whether voluntary, administrative, or disciplinary — you will no longer have access to the www jaya9 platform or any of its services. In cases of disciplinary closure due to breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited at the discretion of www jaya9. In cases of voluntary closure or administrative closure not related to misconduct, your verified account balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, www jaya9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if www jaya9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude www jaya9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
